Barbara Cotton

Cotton, has a long history of strong relationships with
healthcare providers. Previously the successful owner
of a bio-hazardous waste company, Barbara has built a
reputation for honesty, integrity and the highest quality
customer service to physicians and hospitals throughout
Florida and Georgia. She brings the same commitment to
excellence to her practice management company. |

Additionally, Barbara is committed to compliance
adherence. An authorized OSHA trainer through Georgia Tech's
Outreach program, she regularly conducts bloodborne pathogens
training to physician's offices and hospitals throughout Florida.
Bloodborne pathogens training is a OSHA and State of Florida
Department of Health regulated annual requirement for all
health care workers. Barbara has a Bachelors of Science Degree
in Safety Engineering.
Rick Cotton
Vice President , Rick Cotton, has had a successful business
career of more than 28 years in management positions within
the Office Technology Industry. Rick is responsible for the
technology within FSMR, continuously researching new technology
products and services for FSMR clients. He works with our
IT experts on data classification systems, and the collection
and transmission of all information including storage and
retrieval of hard copy and electronic documents.
Rick’s technology expertise combined
with his friendly, consultative approach, allows him to present
our EMR and high-speed scanning products to physicians and
their office staff in an accessible and straight forward format.
Rick has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting.
